Fluid Dynamics

Fluid Dynamics

What is it?

Fluid dynamics is the branch of physics that studies the
motion of fluids.

Give me an example!

Fluid dynamics studies the physical properties unique to fluids. This is important to life on earth because around three quarters of the earth's surface is covered by water, our most common fluid. Fluid dynamics also helps us understand
hydraulics, which power many machines.
